The continued demand for this region comes from across the country. The past year we saw an increase of roughly 6.3% in the real estate market and prognosticators are estimating another 5% for next year.
According to U.S. News and World Report’s annual rankings, Colorado Springs is ranked No. 3, best places to live in the whole country, just behind Denver.
