While Colorado Springs and The Broadmoor area has seen a dramatic increase in popularity from people around the country, Denver continues to be the leading location from which people are coming.   Quality of life, lower cost of living, low property taxes, superior educational choices, proximity to outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, fishing, skiing and so much more, have contributed to this increased demand.  Centrally located in the country also makes for easy travel access to either coast as the need arises without having to live in the chaos of a big city.
