It’s been a bright year for home sales in the Pikes Peak region.  National sources confirm that buyer demand remains strong.  According to the latest Buyer Traffic Report from the National Association of Realtors, that trend is forecast to continue throughout the much of the country – and especially true in the western U.S.  Given low home mortgage rates and escalating equities, buyers are ready, willing and able to purchase homes right now and fall is a great time to take advantage of that trend.  Colorado Springs’ affordability stats are also forecast to improve for buyers in all price ranges thanks to lower mortgage rates, home-equity increases and the area’s continued income gains.

While higher priced homes traditionally take more time to sell than first-time or move-up purchases, Broadmoor Properties has been fortunate.  We’ve helped several buyers secure highly desirable properties.  These include homes in secure gated communities, single family homes, villas and patio homes with golf course views as well as amenity-rich private condos and distinctive Broadmoor Brownstones.  We also work with home sellers throughout the city — from historic Old Broadmoor, downtown’s Old North End, scenic Cheyenne Canon and Kissing Camels overlooking the Garden of the Gods Park.

Most importantly, we understand that the purchase of a home is not a one-size-fits all business.  We are proud – not only of the terrific properties we represent – but of the wonderful clients brokers Michael Raedel and Tim Sheridan have met and served.  As Michael points out, whether your choice is to live just a block or two from the five-star Broadmoor Hotel and Golf Club, or you seek a vacation or retirement getaway overlooking the city, mountains, or Garden of the Gods, we listen, do our homework, and provide the discreet, high-touch service you’ve come to expect.
