Here is to a holiday, filled with gratitude, connection and cherished memories that will last long after the season ends. How is the Real Estate Market
One month into the fourth quarter we are experiencing the typical slowing of residential sales in the Colorado Springs region. While there are still many Buyers out there the urgency to find a home during the holiday season tends to diminish some. Add to that, higher interest rates and the 2024 election and you have a slower than normal cycle. There are “want to” Buyers and there are “have to” Buyers. The “want to” Buyers have been waiting on the sidelines to see how the market changes and what price adjustments happen as we approach the end of 2024. The “have to” Buyers are ready and willing to buy now, as soon they find the right property. We continue to see new listings come on the market in a variety of price points, in neighborhoods like Broadmoor, Old North End, Garden of the Gods, and Flying Horse. With positive changes in the market there is anticipation for strong buying and selling movement in the near term. Colorado Springs remains an attractive choice for home Buyers, and we are looking forward to good times ahead.
