February brought a gradual increase in activity to the Colorado Springs luxury real estate market as buyers began re-engaging after the slower winter months. While the pace was still somewhat cautious, there was a noticeable uptick in showings and inquiries, particularly for well-priced homes in desirable neighborhoods. Many buyers continued to keep a close eye on interest rates, but confidence has slowly started to return as the market moves closer to the traditional spring real estate season. Inventory has also begun to increase, giving buyers more options while creating healthy competition among sellers. As we move into March, there is growing optimism that momentum will continue to build. March often signals the true start of the spring market, when both buyers and sellers become more active. March in Colorado Springs brings the transition from winter to early spring, along with a packed calendar of entertainment, sports, and festive community traditions. The excitement begins on March 11 as comedian Jeff Dunham takes the stage at The Broadmoor World Arena. Mid-month is especially lively, starting on March 14 with several major events across the city, including the Grieg Piano Concerto at the Pikes Peak Center running March 14–15, the world-famous Harlem Globetrotters performing at The Broadmoor World Arena, and the 42nd Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade bringing thousands downtown to celebrate Irish heritage. The festivities continue with St. Patrick’s Day on March 17, followed by family-friendly magic as Disney on Ice glides into The Broadmoor World Arena from March 19–22. Theater lovers can enjoy the classic fairytale Cinderella at the Pikes Peak Center on March 21 and the mystery-comedy Clue running March 23–25. The month finishes strong with a lineup of incredible music and tribute performances at the Pikes Peak Center, including The Black Jacket Symphony on March 27, Super Diamond on March 28, Hotel California on March 29, and the mesmerizing Gregorian: Pure Chants World Tour closing out the month on March 31.
