Honoring Our Past, Enjoying the Present

As July settles into Colorado Springs, summer is in full swing. Longer days, warm evenings, and the beauty of the Rocky Mountains create the perfect setting to enjoy everything the season has to offer. This past weekend, our community celebrated Independence Day while also recognizing our nation’s 250th and our state’s 150th anniversaries, both meaningful milestones that remind us of our shared history, enduring traditions, and the importance of the communities we call home.

The rest of July offers countless ways to embrace the Colorado lifestyle. Whether it’s hiking a favorite trail, enjoying dinner on a patio at or near the Broadmoor, spending time with family and friends, or attending one of the many local events, this is a season that encourages us to slow down and appreciate the beauty around us. It’s one of the many reasons Colorado Springs is such a special place to live.

In the luxury real estate market, July continues to be an active time for both buyers and sellers. The combination of beautiful weather, strong buyer interest, and the unmatched lifestyle found in communities like the Broadmoor keeps the market moving through the heart of summer. For many, it’s the perfect time to find a home that complements both their lifestyle and long-term goals.

As we enjoy the weeks ahead, July is a reminder to celebrate where we’ve been, appreciate where we are, and look forward to the memories still to come this summer.

How is the Real Estate Market

June saw steady activity in the Colorado Springs luxury real estate market, though the pace remained a bit slower than what we typically expect during the height of the summer season. Buyers have continued to be thoughtful in their decisions, taking time to evaluate the growing selection of available homes, while sellers have found that strategic pricing and strong presentation remain key to standing out. Despite the slower pace, well-positioned luxury properties continue to attract interest from qualified buyers, showing that demand is still present. As we move into July, there is optimism that the market will begin to gain increased momentum. Summer has traditionally been an active time for real estate, and many buyers are still hoping to find the right home before the season begins to wind down. With continued interest, favorable weather, and a strong inventory of exceptional homes, we’re hopeful that July will bring increased activity and provide new opportunities for both buyers and sellers throughout Colorado Springs’ luxury real estate market.
