It’s been a bright year for home sales in the Pikes Peak Region and we still have a quarter to go before year end. National sources confirm that buyer demand remains strong. According to the latest Buyer Traffic Report from the National Association of Realtors, that trend is forecast to continue throughout much of the country and especially in the Western U.S. Given low inventory, low interest rates and buyers with equity, buyers are ready, willing and able to purchase homes right now and fall is a great time to take advantage of this trend. With this trend, which is primarily driven by unprecedented low inventory, we have seen a record setting selling market. Buyers are looking for meaningful properties as primary residences and we have seen an increased demand for second homes. Buyers understand the areas highly rated schools both public and private K-12 including the Broadmoor area’s Cheyenne Mountain District 12 which ranks among the state’s best. And for those buyers who are looking to make the Pikes Peak region a full time or part time destination, Broadmoor Properties has a great way to get them involved. An optional Broadmoor Golf Club membership offers a great way to socialize, meet friends at the grill, enjoy monthly member mixers, and join friends or colleagues for a round of champion golf or tennis. In addition, the Broadmoor Spa/Fitness Center provides a great place to work out or indulge in a morning of lap swimming, yoga or beauty treatment of choice. This all adds up to a great time to sell.
