Established in 1994, Broadmoor Properties has cemented its reputation as a premier luxury real estate firm in the picturesque Pikes Peak region. Spearheaded by the visionary real estate developer Tom Schmidt, the firm has been instrumental in fulfilling the real estate aspirations of countless buyers and sellers. Schmidt’s visionary leadership birthed iconic communities like The Broadmoor Resort Community, the Broadmoor Brownstone, and the Broadmoor West Residences, each a testament to his commitment to excellence and innovation.
Today, under the experinced direction and new ownership of Michael Raedel, who assumed leadership in 2023 after serving as Managing Broker since 2009, Broadmoor Properties continues its legacy of unparalleled service. With a keen understanding of the market and a steadfast dedication to client satisfaction, Raedel ensures that the firm remains at the forefront of luxury real estate, poised to exceed expectations and set new standards of excellence in the industry.
Michael Raedel
Michael has been a Realtor since 2003 and has been with Broadmoor Properties since 2007.
Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Michael studied Business Administration at UCCS before embarking on a 19-year career in hospitality at The Broadmoor Hotel, Garden of the Gods Club and the Antlers hotel. Not wanting to leave the Pikes Peak region, Michael got his Colorado Real Estate license prior to leaving the hospitality industry. He joined Broadmoor Properties in 2007 and has been the Managing Broker since 2010. Since joining Broadmoor Properties, we have generated over $340 million in sales.

In September 2023 Michael took over ownership of Broadmoor Properties and looks forward to continuing to serve Buyers and Sellers in the Colorado Springs and Pikes Peak region for many years to come.
Tim Sheridan
Tim Sheridan’s Pikes Peak region roots, corporate sales and marketing experience and 25-year career as a licensed Colorado Realtor make him a great fit for the Broadmoor Properties team.
“After 11 years with Quaker Oats Co.’s Gatorade division in Dallas, my wife and I decided it was time to return to Colorado Springs,” he says. “This city is a great place to raise a family.”
He earned his Colorado Real Estate License and joined the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors. Tim’s background includes successful marketing and sales for a $22 million downtown loft community and starting his own business. As Broker/Owner of City Properties he specialized in high-end residential and commercial real estate sales and development. Other creditsinclude new home sales, rental property investment and commercial property management for his clients.
Today, as a Broadmoor Properties residential broker, he looks forward to introducing out-of-state as well as local homebuyers to the many advantages of life in southwest Colorado Springs.
“I went to Cheyenne Mountain schools and wanted my kids to have access to the same excellent education. The Broadmoor area includes some of our city’s finest neighborhoods – and I look forward to working with home sellers and buyers who appreciate that,” he says.
In addition to real estate, the former Colorado College Division 1 hockey player has volunteered as a Cheyenne Mountain High School Assistant Hockey Coach, is past president of the Cheyenne Mountain Lacrosse Men’s Booster Board is on the Board of Broadmoor Information and Security, BIS. The award-winning Realtor also has three years of high school Hockey state championships to his credit.
Camden Raedel
Camden Raedel is the newest addition to the Broadmoor Properties office. He is the son of owner Michael Raedel and has been a licensed agent since 2023.
Camden is a Colorado Springs native and a proud Alum of St. Mary’s High graduating in 2018, he received his degree from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2022 with high honors. During his last year at College Camden was working to get his real estate license and working at the office in an assistant role.
“As a kid I was often in the office with my Dad after school, so being part of the office already felt like home to me. Just very blessed to be able to have this opportunity to work with and learn from great agents here in town.”
Teresa Masar
Teresa is a Colorado native and grew up in a large family on the Western slope of the State. She loves all things outdoors and when not at work she can be found hiking, biking or snowmobiling.
Before transitioning into the real estate world, Teresa worked in the banking industry for 16 years. As a real estate transaction coordinator, Teresa oversees all aspects of the real estate transaction from initial contact to close, and she handles the day-to-day activities of the office.
She has been with Broadmoor Properties since 2013 and considers herself blessed to office in one of the most beautiful locations in Colorado Springs and the opportunity to work alongside such talented real estate agents.
