“High season” at the five-star Broadmoor Hotel is a time like no other.  During their stay, visitors to the area are treated to some of the country’s finest golf, outdoor recreation, relaxed evenings with friends and family for a lakeside dinner and of course, Colorado Springs’ outstanding mountain beauty, trails and parks.  And on the weekends there’s easy access to nearby mountain communities.  With historic Seven Falls Park or Garden of the Gods just minutes away it’s hard to run out of things to do.  As summer comes to a close, Broadmoor Properties wants to thank the many folks who have stopped by our offices during their stay.

Some are planning a future retirement – or relocating for work in the near future.  Others have visited the hotel for years – often first as kids who first came with their families.  They’ve grown fond of the area’s many amenities – and enjoy the chance to escape hot summers elsewhere for more our moderate Colorado temps and cool evenings.  Some are inspired to find a villa in a gated community, a home with amazing views or a great family retreat.

This summer has been an especially busy one for Broadmoor Properties brokers Michael Raedel and Tim Sheridan.   They’ve represented properties throughout the city’s finest neighborhoods – including those communities at or near the historic Broadmoor Resort.  Best of all, many of their clients know they can trust and rely on top service.  Some purchased a Broadmoor Resort Community or Old Broadmoor homes in the past.   Others are regulars at Broadmoor Golf Club social events.  So when it’s time to sell, it’s our team they call.  How fortunate we are to enjoy that trusted reputation.  And best of all, how lucky we are to be located in such a vibrant community where people love to visit and live.
