How is the Real Estate Market
July brought a welcome surge of energy to the Colorado Springs luxury real estate market, with more showings, increased buyer inquiries, and a slight uptick in high-end transactions. While the market still isn’t moving at the rapid pace seen in years past, there’s been a noticeable improvement in momentum compared to earlier this summer. Many well-priced, move-in-ready properties in desirable neighborhoods saw renewed interest, especially as buyers look to finalize purchases before the end of summer. However, with inventory still relatively high, competition remains a factor for sellers. As we transition into August, there’s hope that this upward trend will continue. Late summer often brings a final push from buyers aiming to settle before the fall season begins. If buyer confidence continues to build, August could be one of the stronger months this year for luxury real estate in Colorado Springs. Sellers who present their homes thoughtfully and price them strategically will be best positioned to take advantage of the activity ahead.
