Recent examples of development include UCHealth’s announcement of a major $407M expansion to Memorial Hospital North that will nearly double the size of Memorial Hospital North in Colorado Springs. Colorado Springs approved The O’Neil Group’s urban renewal plan for a 27-story building downtown. The building will contain 404 apartment units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, and retail space on the ground floor.
