Summer’s in full swing here in our Broadmoor neighborhoods.  A moderate climate, beautiful scenery and plenty of outdoor adventure options make Colorado Springs one of the state’s most visited communities.  The Broadmoor Wilderness Experience makes it especially attractive, offering mountain stream fly fishing, Emerald Valley horseback or hiking and Cloud Camp mule rides, disc golf and yoga – adjacent to the Pike National Forest.  Locals also enjoy touring the Garden of the Gods – a city park that ranks among the nation’s top-ranked attractions – or visiting the Air Force Academy just 20 minutes away.

Our homeowners and their families enjoy convenient proximity to some of region’s most sought-out destinations.  When visitors come to town, for example, we’ll take them hiking at Seven Falls Park, play a round of golf and unwind with a glass of wine, overlooking the lake.  A few days later it’s off to Denver to see a Rockies game, visit the State Capitol, shop in Cherry Creek or tour the Denver Botanic Gardens.  Other times, it’s just a few hours’ drive to mountain communities like Vail or Aspen where the kids can bike or take a gondola ride.

Many of our residents like to escape south to Taos or Sante Fe, New Mexico for the weekend.  Both are easily accessed off scenic mountain highways or the interstate and are well-known regional Native American art centers.

So much to see and do here in our own backyard!  And the Colorado Springs Airport has recently added new direct flights to cities like San Diego, Tampa, San Francisco and Chicago.  If your idea of the good life includes access to recreational and cultural activities like these, we invite you to come and stay a while.  Find just the right single family home, condo or villa in a secure, well-maintained community – and begin enjoying everything Colorado has to offer.  To learn more about our Broadmoor communities and available properties, give us a call 1-719-471-6200.
